Ajmichalka

AJ Michalka, an American singer, songwriter, musician and former model is best known for being one two members of the duo Aly and AJ'. She also sings and plays with her sister Aly Michalka. She was born in Torrance, California, AJ was inspired by her mother, Carrie, who herself was an accomplished musician. AJ was a child of the sea, spending her childhood mostly in Torrance as well as Seattle. The siblings were taught the guitar and the piano at an early age. At the point they were stepping into their teens, they were well-versed in their domain. AJ was five years old at the time she began performing in the church's plays. AJ participated in her school's musical productions. AJ started her journey into acting in 2002, as an 11 year old child in the TV show "Passions'.
